Whistleblowing Disclosure

Jobrapido has implemented its own system for the management of whistleblowing reports (‘Whistleblowing System’) in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 of ‘Implementation of Directive (EU) 1937/2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws’ (‘Whistleblowing Decree’).

Generally speaking, whistleblowing represents the legal instrument by which members of an organisation (e.g. employees, collaborators, suppliers) may report, in a confidential manner and to protect the organisation’s integrity, offences or irregularities of which they have become aware in the context of their work, with the guarantee of being protected from any retaliation they may suffer as a result of their report.

As part of its Whistleblowing System, Jobrapido has internally activated reporting channels that guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved and the person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and any attached documentation.

The internal whistleblowing channels are managed by an autonomous and specifically trained Jobrapido internal office, the Whistleblowing Committee, and allow reports to be made

– in written form, by using the online platform accessible at the link https://jobrapido.trusty.report;

– verbally, by contacting the Whistleblowing Committee at + 39 349 3567624;

– by direct meeting to be held by videoconference or in person with one or more members of the Whistleblowing Committee.

The internal reporting channels must be used as a priority by anyone wishing to report an offence or irregularity. However, under certain conditions specifically provided for in the Whistleblowing Decree, the following may also be used:

– the external reporting channels set up at the National Anti-Corruption Authority (‘ANAC’);

– public disclosure, through the press, electronic media and mass media.

We remind you that the report must be based on well-founded and reliable news, and not on manifestly unfounded information, indiscretions or rumours, and must be submitted in good faith and in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree.

In addition, reports concerning personal matters relating, for example, to grievances, claims or requests concerning work relations with colleagues or hierarchical superiors are excluded.
