What will you be doing?
As Customer Success Consultant you will be focused on good customer care, supported by data insights, ensure smooth interactions and long-term satisfaction and growth. In this role you’ll be responsible to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Analyse client performance and recommend strategies to improve results
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions
- Launch, grow and nurture client relationships; maintain highly visible within the defined client base
- Work proactively and cross-functionally within Jobrapido organization with Sales, Delivery, Product and Support
- This role involves: Regular check-ins; Solving issues; Working closely with other teams to improve the customer experience
- Success is measured through data insights, customer feedback, and retention rates
What are the competencies & qualifications needed?
- Bachelor’s degree + 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Success or related role
- Experience in the HR & recruitment solutions preferable within a technology solutions environment, value-based and/ or online-based services desirable
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
- Highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented
- Proven ability to upsell and organically grow accounts
- Dutch & English proficiency and German is a plus
- Strong familiarity with digital/online solutions and the big data that supports ROI
- Well organized, highly communicative with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Understanding of Programmatic Advertising is an advantage
