Product Manager Intern

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Product Development Team in Milan city centre during an exciting time of growth!
We are looking for a Product Manager Intern that contributes to achieve the project goals defined on roadmap.
The Product Development Team is responsible for the translation of the business needs into technical specifications leading the platform development. To do this, new features and user interfaces are developed in collaboration with the technology team, based on analyses of user behaviors and other business metrics.
As a Product Manager Intern, you will support the team to:
- Study our existing product to analyse the job seekers behaviour.
- Collaborate effectively with main internal stakeholders (i.e. Tech Team)
- Take part in all the SCRUM ceremonies: daily standup meetings, sprint plannings, product refinements, retrospectives, observing how the activities are planned.
- Follow and monitor the lifecycle of the delivered product initiatives.
- Active participation during product prioritization meetings to ensure on time and successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Support of the following activities: review/test the completed feature, check the quality of the product and the features’ effectiveness in order to be able to suggest improvement by taking into account the potential impact of them on all the departments involved, and by pondering pros and cons and the business impacts of what proposed.
What are the competencies & qualifications needed?
- Bachelor’s, Master of science or advanced degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative discipline.
- Strong passion for digital products.
- Fluent English, Italian nice to have.
- Strong ability to retrieve, manipulate and analyze data.
- Basic knowledge of Office Suite, Html, SQL, CSS.
- Familiar with product management techniques such as Competitive & Industry Analysis, A/B testing and Experimentation, User Feedback and Research
- Excellent communications skills
- Accuracy: have great attention to details, both business and tech
